What is the investment?

Pricing depends on number of individuals in session, location, how many sessions are purchased (discounts for larger packages), and additional services (nutrition, weekly accountability assistance, etc). What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After setting up a new clients training package, we will meet at our first session to go over the following: Clients goals, injuries or medical conditions I should be aware of, what they are looking to get out of training, etc. I will customize a training program for each client to meet their needs. (ex. more strength based, stabilization/mobility work, how to progress to a pull-up). Prior to our session, feel free to send any of the above information to

Can I train with a partner or a group?

Of course! Partner or small group sessions are often more fun for clients. The cost per person is much more economical. Please inquire for pricing packages via e-mail at 

What education & training do you have?

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal and Group Trainer  
  • TRX® Suspension Qualified Trainer
  • Under Armour Trainer
  • CrossTown Fitness Trainer

Where do you train clients?

I train clients at CrossTown Fitness locations, clients’ condo buildings, workplace, outdoor locations, and/or home. Prices vary depending on where training is located.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with students, doctors, business professionals, athletes, older clients, clients looking for weight loss, individuals interested in nutritional guidance and/or meal plans, and the list goes on. 

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Fitness is my passion. It is amazing seeing my clients improve, getting to know them, and helping them reach their goals while doing something I love. 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do they love their work? Are they the best qualified? Are they well known and respected in Chicago? Can they work with your schedule? Are they always looking for improvement in their own health and fitness? 

Attitude, passion, and knowledge are the most important qualities. Make sure your trainer has a wide knowledge base, is always on time, works with your schedule, can help create a lifestyle program, is motivating, and really loves their work.
